Welcome to the new year of 2007!

Time for another update. We have been busy with the holidays, the new year, working on the beach house, being sick, and just enjoying the everyday life of work, eat, sleep, work, eat, sleep...etc.

We spend Christmas at Steven and Jennifer's new home in Ephrata. It was great to have everyone there. Mom, Dad, Jen, Steven, Jared, Tammy, Mel, Me, Aaron, Tatum, Triniti, Kaeden, Kailer, & Quintin. We ate, visited, played pictionary (Hurrah to the winners...the GIRLS!) enjoyed the white Christmas, opened LOTS of gifts, enjoyed watching the kids play with their new toys, and believe it or not, there wasn't really any arguing between the kids.

I had the week off between Christmas and New Years, so Mel and I headed to Lincoln City the weekend of New Years. We worked on the house and got alot of little things accomplished...lights, fans, plug ins, light switches, covers for them, counter oak trim, splash plates, & pantry shelves installed. I am sure there was more, but I am not sure what it is right now. I caught a cold the Friday before New Years Eve and am still fighting it. I did finally give in yesterday and go in to get a prescription for cough syrup.

Mel & Ronald went to Lincoln City this weekend and got the kitchen & dining room floor installed, and then got the refrigerator, stove and dishwasher all installed too. Mel said the refrigerator is making ice, the oven baked it's first Papa Murphy pizza and the dishwasher ran through a cycle ok. I loved seeing the pictures, and can't wait to get back down to work some more. There was an unusual sight there...snow. I will post some pictures of that on here too... It is a neat sight.

I got the neatest Christmas gift from Jen, Tammy, Steven and Jared. They snuck the boys down to 60 minute photo and had their pictures taken, and then made us a photo collage of them along with their handprints. I LOVE it. Then they had some taken of just the babies with santa hats on. I did a scrapbook page of it Friday night.

Mom and Dad have went to Arizona for the winter. They stayed here on their way down. We were at the coast, but they used the bedroom for the night.

Jenny & Steven have added a girl to their family. A little Dachshund named Sally (from the movie CARS), and Jared & Tammy have also added a girl to their family, a Dachshund named Lillie. She is going to be a companion for Charlie.

Here are some pictures showing what has been going on in our lives.

Til later...
